On dictionary.com, a friend is defined as a person whom one knows, likes, and trusts. Is it wrong if you don’t trust some of your friends. I really don’t have any best friends. The closest friends I have are Pam and Kaitlyn who go to RHS. At my school, friends pack together with others of their kinds, and if they stray and start talk to “non members” (someone not in their clique), they are cast out or ignored. Alot of people at BG never say anything to you if you don’t say anything first. It’s really a pain when you have tons of people who you would like to talk to but don’t even try because they don’t try? Isn’t a friend someone who tries to pull their part of the deal instead of you pulling it all? Friends are also defined as people that that give equal time and attention to the one another.
I hang out with the “loners”. I think that strays band together. At least your not alone when you join together. People wonder why I’m always on the computer. I have nothing to do. I know there are an ass-load of games to go to, but they usually leave me walking around and talking to a select few, even though I have loads of “school talkers” (people who only talk to you at school) at these games. None of the “loners” go to games or try to put themselves to the “”high school experience”". So if I went, I would just walk and roam. As usual.
At BGHS, I have alot of people who just talk to me during school, and never after. These usually incorporate “jocks/cheerleaders” or the “preppy kids”. I used to think “yeah that’s what I want to be”
but over the years I have seen what they do and what they are like. They never seem to reach out of there box and talk to others. There are exceptions to every rule, though. It happens, but not often.
Thats my rant, love it or hate it.
