So I have a “temporary tripled room” as a “permanent assignment” in the room, which I am kinda bummed about.

But I got Moffett baby.
And I’m glad about that.

I’m not really worried too much.
I’m “taking it all in stride”, as Stewie said on FG last night.

Texas Hold Um is my new favorite game.

and thats all.

HP COUNT: 2 down, 5 to go.

Okay, So I shall try to see if I can recap as best as possible.
Trying to keep them in order of appearance, but I don’t remember. Sorry.

Straylight Run
Only saw the end, but did see Soon We’ll Be Living In The Future and Hands In The Sky (Big Shot). Amazing song for the ending.

New Years Day (Acoustic)
Worth it in the Myspace tent.
Ash and Keith were awesome.
Didn’t play Razor tho, but did dedicate Sunrise, Sunset to me “and me only.”
But they played My Dear, Ready Aim Misfire, and I Was Right.
So good.

Bayside (while in line for Paramore signing)
Was a little ways away at the Hurley stage, but was good.
Heard Duality and the classic Devotion And Desire.
whoop.

Spill Canvas
cool dudes.
Played Lust A Prima Vista and Staplegunned.
Worth it.
And the new song off the EP was good.
Gotta get that at some time.

PARAMORE
Pretty much the headliners for me.
AMAZING fucking set.
The crowd was insane.
Probably my favorite was crushcrushcrush. Loved it.
But I mean, it was all fucking good.
Heard the classics Pressure and Emergency and newcomers Born For This, Misery Business (amazing fucking opener), For A Pessimist, I’m Pretty Optimistic, and Thats What You Get too.

Others I saw… sorta
New Found Glory – sitting a ways away but heard stuff like Catalyst. They seemed okay (from a distance, haha)
Circa Survive – was back a ways, listened to Anthony Green be a badass. I know I heard one song, but no clue which. It was good tho.
Chiodos – It’s all about Baby You Wouldnt Last A Minute On The Creek. heard it and enjoyed it.
Cute Is What We Aim For – Sorry, didn’t stick around too long for this. Heard Curse Of Curves, of course.
Red Jumpsuit Apparatus – played while watching Spill Canvas, heard the end of Face Down tho.

What I shouldn’t have missed
1. The Almost – They weren’t even there… or I couldn’t find them anywhere. I guess it was because Underoath was there, I don’t know. I WANTED SOME AMAZING BECAUSE IT IS, dammit. Virginia Beach setlist lied dammit.
2. Meg And Dia – They played at 5:15, Paramore at 6. I had to sacrifice to get up close so I just skipped them completely. Sorry ladies, I REALLY wanted to see Roses and Monster.
3. Underoath – Left before they played. Would of wanted to see Writing On The Walls and You’re Ever So Inviting.
4. Boys Like Girls – Where all the scene fangirls would of been. re0w. Hero/Heroine.

There’s still some others I should have seen, but this was a good day either way.
Worth the $60 bucks I lost.
Pictures on facebook.

Check them and enjoy them.
